PA3N215B48H is a 215mm 48V DC external rotor axial fan with a maximum rated airflow of approximately 1,410 m³/h and a static pressure of 190 Pa. It supports stepless speed control and serves as a core cooling component for chillers and condenser dry coolers in data centers. In data center cooling systems, these DC fans precisely meet the heat exchange requirements of condenser dry coolers, providing sufficient cooling airflow to the condenser core. Under natural cooling conditions, they can directly dissipate heat from chillers via air cooling, eliminating the need for compressor operation and significantly reducing the data center’s PUE. Leveraging the high energy efficiency of DC motors, these axial blowers reduce baseline cooling energy consumption by over 30% compared to traditional AC fans. Combined with speed control functionality, they dynamically adjust speed based on real-time cooling source temperatures to match the data center’s dynamic load, achieving energy savings of up to 60% under partial load conditions. With an IP44 protection rating and a wide operating temperature range of -25°C to 60°C, it can adapt to environmental fluctuations in outdoor cooling units. Its 50,000-hour maintenance-free lifespan meets 24/7 operational requirements, while the 48V low-voltage design allows direct connection to the data center’s DC power supply system, further enhancing energy efficiency and supporting low-carbon data center operations.
